I need help Setting up the Zilker Bridge.

If you are having trouble setting up your Zilker Bridge, please keep the following in mind.

  1. Verify that you are entering the Wi-Fi network name and password correctly. They are both case-sensitive.

  2. Verify that your Wi-Fi network name and password do not include an apostrophe.

  3. Verify that you are not trying to add the bridge to a network that is configured for 5GHz only.  Zilker communicates via 2.4GHz only.

  4. Verify that you are not using a Google Wi-Fi Router.

If the bridge still does not connect after the steps above, please to do the following.

  1. Hold down the reset button on the bottom of the Zilker Bridge until the LED is solid amber.

  2. Start the pairing process for the Zilker Bridge from the beginning.  Follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. Proceed until the Zilker app says "Adding your Zilker Bridge to the Network".

  4. As the progress icon is spinning, observe the LED on the bridge.

  5. If the LED turns white, then your Zilker Bridge is functioning normally.

  6. If the LED stays solid amber (and does not turn white), your Zilker Bridge may be damaged.  Please contact support@zilker.co so that we may rush you a new unit free of charge.
